Every file is written for the car in front of us.

No generic maps pulled from a folder. Every calibration is datalogged, revised, and signed off on real hardware — often on our own dyno.

Pure ECU remap on the factory hardware. Optimised injection timing, boost pressure and fuel delivery. Retains OEM reliability window.

A second-hand W211 the owner wanted turned into a genuine grand tourer. Hybrid turbo, uprated cooler, a custom EDC16 file and a full 5G-Tronic rework — the box now holds every Newton the engine makes.

Rescued from perpetual limp mode. Full injector rebalance, EDC15 rewritten from scratch and a bespoke DPF-off strategy — the car went back to being a proper long-haul cruiser.

Diagnose

Full OBD read, mechanical audit, injector balance check, boost + fuel log on a baseline pull.

Read & backup

Bench or OBD read of your EDC15/EDC16. Original file archived on our servers, indexed to your VIN.

Calibrate

Every table touched by hand — injection, boost, torque limiters, DTC handling, drivability.

04

Dyno & log

Multiple pulls, wideband logs, EGT and boost verification. Iterate until it is clean.

05

Sign off

You get the datalog, the dyno sheet, and a printed spec card. Backup file kept for life.
